Introduction
The first quarter of 2026 in the Riga premium segment showed surprising resilience. Contrary to forecasts, the average price per m² in the Quiet Centre held at 3,850 €/m².
Key trends
Demand for Ķīpsala properties with Daugava views rose 12% year-on-year. Our Starlex database recorded 18 transactions in this district, seven of which exceeded €1 million.
