A plot of land with a total area of ​​24190 m2 for sale in Kekava parish, on the first line from the A7 highway. The plot of land is located on the right side of A7, 1.8 km from the intersection of highways A7 (Riga-Bauska-Lithuanian border) and A5 (Riga Ring Road). Distance to the center of Riga - 21 km.

The land plot consists of 3 adjoining land units with an area of ​​15200 m2, 4590 m2 and 4400 m2. Next to the land property Dominante Park is located - the largest industrial logistics park in Latvia. Good access road to the plot from the A7.

In coordination with SJSC "Latvian State roads", the construction of a warehouse, trade and/or service facility, fuel and gas filling station, road service facility, guest house is possible on the plot of land.

In the territory of the land property there is an electric cable, from which it is possible to install an electricity connection with a power of up to 1 MW. A 110 kV high-voltage line is located on part of the plot of land. A medium pressure distribution gas pipeline with a diameter of 200 mm is also available on the territory of the property. A geotechnical research has been carried out for the plot of land.
