Up to 400 EUR/m² for the construction of premises

All construction and finishing works envisaged in the agreed project are organised and financed by the project developer, ensuring an investment of up to 400 EUR/m² in the construction of the premises. This allows the tenant to receive fully constructed premises adapted to the needs of the company, significantly reducing the initial investment.
