Zundas Towers is a multifunctional complex that includes 336 residential apartments, 10,000 m2 of class A office space, parking spaces for 700 cars, and a fitness and SPA area of more than 4,000 m2.

The design of the Zunda Towers project was developed by one of the leading architectural offices in Latvia, FL Tadao&Luksevics (NRJA). The facades of the towers were designed by the world-famous architect Helmut Jahn. The interior design and the design of the entire adjacent territory are being developed by the famous Latvian architect Andis Sīlis.

Quality:

The building's facade provides high sound insulation and protection against ultraviolet radiation. The uniqueness of the Zunda Towers facade lies in the fact that it consists of glass units filled with argon and installed one behind the other.

High-speed elevators from the Finnish company KONE are ideal for high-rise buildings – they guarantee excellent capacity and performance.

The facade installation technology used by Zunda Towers provides an opportunity not typical of skyscrapers – to ventilate apartments on any floor of the tower.

Each apartment has a modern ventilation system installed.

The landscaping of the territory was carried out in accordance with the best traditions of Latvian gardening, using the long-term experience of specialists from the Botanical Garden of the University of Latvia.

Security:

Access control and movement control throughout the residential part of the complex will be provided with special smart cards. Security in the Zunda Towers complex will be provided by modern and high-quality video surveillance cameras, which will be installed throughout the complex, including in elevators. Safes are built into the apartments for storing valuables. Professional Concierge service employees will carefully monitor the alarm sensors and provide access to the apartments in accordance with strict internal instructions.

Infrastructure:

The complex will feature a café, restaurants, playgrounds, tennis court, above-ground guest parking and underground parking. The complex will also feature a kindergarten, a fitness area with a SPA and a 25-meter pool, and a private concierge service.
