A perfectly renovated house with a view of the Latvian National Opera and Old Riga a few minutes away. This building at 27 Raina Bulvāri is one of the historical buildings in the center of Riga with a beautifully restored facade. The building designed by JF Baumanis in 1874 is reborn with new brilliance and people who appreciate its location and the historical heritage it possesses will find their homes in it. The facades of buildings designed by architect Jānis Frīdrichs Baumanis have always been admirable. Building 27 on Raina boulevard is also no exception. In the eclectic design of the facades of the buildings, Baumanis used stylized details of both the Renaissance and classicism, which can also be seen in the outlines of the 27th building

After the restoration of the building, the five floors of the historic six-story building, according to the current plan, will contain a total of 27 apartments with an area of 25 - 108 m2.

As part of the renovation project, it is planned to preserve and restore the building's facade elements, balconies, decorative cornices and spiral staircases, which have a special historical value. The project is planned to be fully completed by the end of 2022.
