The Pjotras Šteinbergs tenement house with shops was built in 1905. The house has a well-thought-out layout, with only two apartments on each floor. The rooms are conveniently connected and well-lit. The facade of the house is designed using the author's characteristic decorative elements and sculptural works, however, it is not as saturated as other houses designed by him.
