The Pjotras Šteinbergs tenement house with shops was built in 1905. The house has a well-thought-out layout, with only two apartments on each floor. The rooms are conveniently connected and well-lit. The facade of the house is designed using the author's characteristic decorative elements and sculptural works, however, it is not as saturated as other houses designed by him. Its main accents are the figures of naked girls and atlases. Civil engineer Mikhail Eisenstein.
